Payment, Cancellations and Arrivals

You can pay for your treatment in a number of ways. My preference is for you to pay in advance by bank transfer (BACS) to:
- Account name
- Jane Reeves
- Sort code
- 30-92-13
- Account number
- 00958893
Alternatively, the price of your treatment is to be paid to me in full at the end of the treatment by cheque or cash, unless otherwise agreed in advance between us.
When you book with me, you will receive a confirmation email with the time, length and price of your treatment as well as my BACS details.
PLEASE NOTE - all first time clients and home massage need to be paid for in advance.
"I Come to You" – massage in your home
When you book a massage in your home, I charge a modest fee to cover my time and costs in getting to you. These are on a sliding scale based on the distance from CB6 3XD.
- 0-5 miles - £5
- 6-10 miles - £7
- 10-15 miles - £10
The time you book with me starts from the moment I enter your home. For example, if your appointment is at 10am, I will arrive at 10am.
My time with you will look like this:
- 5 minutes to set-up
- 60 minutes – consultation, massage and aftercare
- 5 minutes to pack up.
To ensure you get the best from your massage and maximise the amount of massage time, please ensure the following:
- Parking is available close to your home (ideally within 30 metres). This important as I have my massage couch and a large box to carry.
- A suitable space is available in your home for me to work. I need a minimum space of 2m x 3m to move around the massage couch comfortably.
- The room in which I massage is heated sufficiently for your comfort when clothing is removed.
I will bring towels, a blanket, oils, supports and music, if requested.
If you have time, a shower before the massage will help your muscles relax ready for massage.
Please try to have the space ready for me to set-up. I’m happy to help move furniture to create this space, but please be aware this may take up some of your massage time.
Once you have booked your appointment, we will have a short telephone conversation to begin the consultation process. As part of this conversation we will also talk through the logistics and specifics of me visiting your home, i.e. is there an ideal place in your home for your to receive a massage, where the best place to park, if there is a staircase I need to negotiate or lift access.
Please note that all home visit massages need to be paid for in advance including the additional travel charge.

I understand there will be times when you will be unable to get to your appointment at due to unforeseeable events, i.e. if you have a long-term illness or are more than 37 weeks pregnant. On these occasions, I would be willing to re-schedule your massage for another time that works for you at the point of cancellation, or shortly after.
There may be occasions when I am unable to work due to sickness. I will need to take time to recover as well as ensure I don't pass anything onto you my client.
